Northeast Iceland – Driving from Egilsstadir to Myvatn via Mödrudalur, Dettifoss (and Selfoss). Mödrudalur is a remote farm which makes a good stop-off point on the route. Dettifoss is the most powerful waterfall in Iceland (in terms of flow rate); Selfoss is upstream of Dettifoss.
